A receipt should be part of the response

If an agent pays for a tool call, the result should include something it can verify. A transaction reference, the agreed price, and exactly what was delivered. I am sketching a tiny response format for services on Arc. The hard part is deciding what counts as delivery when the output is probabilistic. How would you handle a successful payment followed by an unusable answer?
